Uniplanner ("the app") is a personal calendar tool that merges public university timetables into a single view. This page explains what data the app collects and how it is used.

Data collected via Google Sign-In

If you choose to sign in with Google, the app receives your email address, name, and profile picture. This is used only to identify your account, so your calendar sources, views, and preferences can sync across your devices. The app does not request access to your Google Calendar, Drive, or any other Google data - only basic profile information (scopes: openid, email, profile).

Data stored by the app

• Your Google account identifier, email, name, and picture URL
• The calendar sources, folders, and views you configure
• A random session token, stored as a cookie in your browser and as a hash on the server

If you don't sign in, your settings are kept only in your browser's local storage and are never sent to the server.

Timetable data

The app fetches public timetable data from Cineca's "University Planner" calendars on your behalf. This data (course names, times, locations) is not personal data about you and is not stored beyond what is needed to render your calendar.

What the app does not do

• It does not sell or share your data with third parties
• It does not use advertising or analytics trackers
• It does not set any cookies other than the single session cookie described above

Data retention and deletion

Your account data is kept until you ask for it to be deleted. To delete your account and all associated data, contact matte2712s@gmail.com.
